BTU is now a Cradlepoint Channel Partner. Their IBR900 Series 4G / LTE Router, affords uninterruptable wireless communications link between First Responders and IP Video / Emergency Communications. BAXTON is largely used in the temporary deployment of IP Video and Emergency Communications. No hardwire utility power or internet connection needed for extended periods

Smart/Safe Cities Initiatives – From Hype to Action

BTU was an invited Exhibitor at last month’s Colorado Smart City Symposium. There has been much hype about Smart Cities within our space. The Colorado Smart Cities Symposium provided a forum to support and accelerate the hype into action. This event brought together civic-minded leaders from enterprise, government, academia, research, impact investors, startups and nonprofits to dive deep into what it takes to create a state full of connected communities. An absence of Continuous PoE to all edge devices, is neither safe nor smart.
