This Series offers 200kA/phase surge energy handling by incorporating high-energy MOVs with EMI/RFI noise filtering which provides heavy duty protection against transients originating from induced lightning strikes and utility switching.

SURGE PRO SERIES is a high-performance, UL 1449 4th Edition Type 2 Surge Protective Device (SPD) designed to protect single, split-phase, 3-phase WYE & Delta configurations and is ideal for residential, industrial & commercial applications. This Series offers up to 210kA total surge handling while employing replaceable modules for fast and easy maintenance, real-time LED diagnostics and is equipped with internal thermal fusing to comply with all safety standards.

BTU25C SERIES for LED Surge Protection Device (SPD) is a top of the line device available in both a series or parallel design. The BTU25C Series is a compact, economical SPD, which will protect any 120-277Vac single phase LED driver from the effects of lightning and switching transients. This LED SPD Series is rated at 25kA/20kV and comes standard with an L-shape mounting bracket for easy mounting.

Housed in an IP66 enclosure means the BTU25C Series can be installed in almost any environment. That includes inside or outside a power supply. They can also be field or factory installed per UL. Allowing for field replacements, unlike many of our competitors models. This series comes with both differential and common mode protection, with LED status indication and is RoHS compliant.
